Clean up tool for outlook on mac. So my Macbook SSD is filling up quite fast. Outlook main identity is currently consuming 7GB and i need to preserve as much space as possible. Is there a data clean up or compression tool for the main.

BEFORE UPDATE Depending on how many email accounts the user have, User will need to drag’n’drop the email signatures from 'All Signatures' to their Office 365 account or other existing email account. Remember that if you selected “” in Xink portal, users will have to start from scratch with the signatures they’re using for the different accounts. AFTER UPDATE Finally set the default signature for Apple Mail. Open Apple Mail setting, go to Mail > Preferences > Signatures > select your email account > Choose Signature (see image below) Create a new mail and see if you now have default signature applied.?
